Victory in Dayton
Looks like the present danger has been avoided in Dayton. No warehouse at this point. It is a pleasure to see one refused after so many have been built. Now we can only wait and see if they pull "a Morris' and come up with some other madcap idea for the land. Guess the council decided those voting seniors would let it be known how they felt at the polls!!! Good show!

The council has a resolution to pass next week rezoning all that land to RR: rural residential.
Matrix will probably take this to court. It remains to be seen just how strong the Board's reasons for rejection will be in the eyes of the law. That is why it is so important that the rejection comes only on legal issues, not emotional ones.
How come my comment isn't showing up as a comment on the home page....huh? huh? huh?
